- As Executive Director of the Toxicology Department at Merck & Co., managed two large animal testing facilities and associated technical and scientific staff, including toxicologists, pathologists, veterinarians, and ophthalmologists
- Received two Outstanding Investigator Awards from Merck Research Laboratories for compound/project management on challenging drug development candidates
- Successfully led large testing facility through two facility inspections by FDA
- Received Process Optimization Award from Merck Research Laboratories for efficiencies gained in non-clinical toxicity study management
- Received Management Award from Merck Research Laboratories for managing 430 employees in Toxicology, Pathology, Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology, and Vaccine/Biologics and approximately 30 compound/project managers working on 41 drugs.
